After serving four years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Radar Technician, Steve used his GI Bill to build on his existing FAA certificates and earn his commercial helicopter rating. His aviation career took him across the 11 western states selling helicopters, and it was during this time that he was first introduced to the world of commercial equipment finance.
Eventually, Steve decided to “hang up his wings,” but not his passion for adventure and problem solving. In commercial equipment finance, he has found that same sense of excitement and variety he loved in flying. Every deal is unique, just like every flight once was. Each client brings a new story, a new challenge, and a new opportunity to help them get the equipment they need to keep moving forward.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, new granddaughter, exploring his new home state of Texas, keeping up with technology, swimming, traveling, and wine tasting.
